Are you talking about the custom white balance preset? Then look on page 127 and 129 in your camera manual. Page 264 discusses other custom pre-sets. As you can see, you can reset the custom settings using the menu on the camera

Well I am not entirely familiar with Nikon cameras, but I bet that if you havent already checked your manual that would be a good place to start.
